Wsup with Black American fans crying about Oscar getting a gift vs Whitaker? Oscar beat Whitaker and if you want to play that game, don't switch it up with Floyd vs Castillo 1. A fight many more people thought that it should of gone the other way.

If Floyd had Oscar's mentality of truly fighting the best, we wouldn't of gotten lame ass fights like Ortiz, Guerrero, Maidana, etc.

De la Hoya was not landing his punches while being out landed by Whitaker and some how he still won the decision. Ortiz is who Mayweather won the WBC welterweight title from, Guerrero was the number one contender for that same title and holding and interim version of it and Maidana was just coming off one the best wins of his career and also just won the WBA welterweight title. Any one complaining about those fights is just doing it after the fact that Mayweather won.

No doubt. The Floyd that Oscar fought had 1 fight in 3 years before that and was out doing coke and wearing fishnets during that training camp and still gave a prime Floyd a close fight. Prime Oscar wins a decision easily, if not threatens a KO. Even Floyd's daddy thought Oscar won the fight and said so in the ring after it was over.

That fight was not close. Max Kellerman's commentary after the decision had been rendered says it all.

Don't know if he knocks him out, but Prime Oscar would have to be favoured against Floyd. If he had continued to pump the jab instead of abandoning it and looking for a big left hook he could have beaten Floyd when he did fight him.

Like he just mysteriously abandoned it. He started getting countered and had no plan b. The way you guys go around the valley and over the mountain to try to discredit Mayweather is nothing short of awe inspiring.

IF this and IF that! You lost! Period! Oscar fails to mention that Floyd was 30 too! Floyd wasn't 27-28, and DIVA Oscar had every advantage he could possibly have going into the fight. Higher weight, Heavier gloves, Smaller ring, he was both bigger and stronger than Mayweather, and he still lost!

At age 28 Oscar was still fighting at Welterweight, so he's saying he would have KO'ed a prime Floyd at 147 with the lighter gloves and lower weight? I doubt it! Only reason Oscar was so effective in 07 was because he was bigger, stronger and glove and ring size! He lost anyway....
