Pacquiao fans? Where is the relevance there? I certainly dont fall into that category, and the guy you were responding to actually had a point, yours was just some weird, irelevant nonsense that given your rather shabby track record for racism/race baiting, came as absolutely no surprise.

Lampley tried to say the same thing after the fight and Manny Steward instantly shut him down, pointing out that Floyd never really countered the jab at all. Oscar just stopped throwing it.

And he stopped throwing it because he didn't have any confidence in his conditioning carrying him down the stretch. So instead, he stopped pushing Floyd back with the jab and waited for an opportunity to counter with a big left hook.

For me the fight wasn't close. But even though it would have been a robbery, Oscar would have got the decision if he had worked the jab for just two more rounds.

Prime Oscar could have done that and a lot more.
You tell people to watch the fight for what the commentators disagreed about instead of observing the action in the ring. Okay you really have made your point... Not!

      • Based on what, Oscar? He took your jab away from you before, what's to stop Floyd from doing it again? Prime for prime Floyd wins every time. He's a level above you. That's it. You are NOT Tommy Hearns.

With plenty of advantages on his side in 2007, Oscar lost. It's over! Deal with it.

So yes you believe that as long as someone is attacking black people that they have a point, but whenever a black person has something to say in return that they are race baiting. I have a shabby track record for race baiting huh? The term race baiting was invented by Sean Hannity on Fox News to attack black people who call bigots out on being prejudiced. It's a completely fabricated concept meant to mitigate white guilt and excuse racism. So you can say I have a shabby record with race baiting but realize that you expose yourself for what you really are by even using the term "race baiting". Boxing forums and especially Mayweather articles are just a place where skinheads and rednecks like yourself get to express and foment hatred. None of you are true boxing fans. You're just people looking for something and someone to hate.

          • Truth be told is May Jr lost 2 fights and drew with Maidana in their first fight.

Castillo beat Jr hands down in their first.

ODH beat Jr the socalled destroyer in their meeting. I was so disappointed in Jr that evening, spending money on seeing him do what he said he would do and that was destroy ODH.

Jr says he is going for the KO each time out but he is a FRAUD !!!!!

I have zero Doubt that ODH would have beat JR to death then KO'd his scrawny whoremongering aZZZZZZZZZ if both were in their primes.

Whewwwwwwwwwww Stinky !!!! You should know that GREATS don't duck and dodge anyone , they take on ALL Comers.

There have been fighters with much greater records than Jr has as far as numbers of fights

Jr has ducked the PRIME ELITE WW's of the Day and it is NOW impossible to REVERSE IT !!!!!!!

Jr will go down in history as the DUCK.

Oscar must be using again because he is delusional.
LMAO !!!!! That Shane would have KO'd JR early

                  • Maybe not KO'd him. But he would have had enough in the tank to decision him.

Oscar needed a gift decision to beat a past prime sweet pea, that slippery defense made him look bad. And Floyd back then was way more explosive with even sharper reflexes, this is what people fail to mention, Floyd wasn't in his "prime" either beating Oscar. He simply won by outsmarting him. Had they fought younger I see Oscar getting a serious beating. Floyd hasn't been in his "prime" for the last 5-7 years, he simply is smarter than his opponents and can adjust to anything.
You seem to be the smart dude here with all the great answers, if JR is so great, there must be a defining fight that sets him APART from All the run of the mill, Joe Louis , ALI , bum of the month program that Made JR so GREAT.

PLEASE with out bloviating, tell us the defining Fight, the WW PRIME ELITE that Jr engaged over the past ten years that makes JR so GREAT?

                      thanks in advance
