It's not a credible opponent for the #4 P4P fighter of the world. Imo he's top 3 P4P. This is a credible opponent for someone like Broner, Thurman, Khan, Maidana. Not Pac.

So was Provodnikov..if he had pulled out that close Bradley fight would he have deserved the fight? Everyone starts somewhere my man. Nowadays I think we are used to seeing guys like russel Jr with all the hype and big TV networks behind them and think they're great because of it. In reality, a great fighter can come from anywhere, anytime. ESPN or not, with a win over Manny, the guy becomes a superstar and he'd only be 2 fights from ESPN

LOL I got respect for ole B-Hop although I wish he would retire and I think he's got something up his sleeve against Kovalev. But I don't wanna rile you up on here so I'll wait for the fight to draw near and get you on the round-by-round discussion

Truth be told, that would be nice. But until then, you have to understand why it's a mismatch. And saying he's good looking isn't a good reason as to why it's not.

algieri is not beating pacquiao, period. pacquiao is fighter with atg skills and an resume. he chews algieri up and spits him out. if pacquiao struggles against a jww fighter like algieri then it's because his heart isn't in it or he got old.

You know like I know that people only reject Algeri because of popularity. We have posters asking for PAC to fight Broner (who has a weaker resume above 135lbs) and Abregu (who also has a weaker resume).

People can't stand the fact Chris went from fighting fighters with losing records to a beast like Ruslan and the best boxer of this era, Pacquiao. But in all honesty if he beat Ruslan who was possed to fight Manny next why shouldn't he get the opportunity instead.

It's a good fight, not the best but still pretty good.

Is this a joke?? Baldo won the lineal ww title..floyd was a ww and fought him at ww...Algeri won a 140 title..and is fighting Manny at ww..how is that even close to the same?
