That's one way of twisting my words lol. I asked you the question. when was the last time Pac fought a guy like this to make you come to the conclusion this is a style mismatch in favor of Pacquiao. You're not really saying anything to break down why this is a mismatch. I don't care if you fell that way, just trying to have a boxing discussion.

And yes I'm basing this on styles. I think Pac does struggle when guys box. Add to that his height and reach advantage and stylistically speaking, this should trouble Pac a good deal.

pac will be very frustrated and all of you doubters will be embarrassed.

i can see algieri winning 7-5.
No we won't. Because none of us are paying to watch it.

Not twisting anything. You also said that you were talking about "style-wise." When I asked you who had beaten Pacquiao that fought anything like this guy, you responded with "when's the last time he fought anyone like that?"

So that about sums it up. I don't recall when he fought anyone like that but I do know this guy doesn't have the same pedigree as Pacquiao, the same talent, skills or power. Or experience. In other words, he's out of his league.

Even if it's a stiff, it's at least a stiff that was champion at the 147 weight class. Algieri hasn't proven ANYTHING at 147 lbs. Not even against stiffs. That's a big difference. He shouldn't be getting a shot against Pacquaio whatsoever. The only reason, again, is because Top Rank has little options to offer Pacquaio.

I saw Alexander easily handle Maidena so I figured Floyd would have no issues beating the brakes off the guy. I was wrong, and I'll be wrong again 100 times..that's why they fight in the ring and not on paper I guess

All I needed to see was his jab and the fake jab turned into hook against Broner to see that Maidana had improved by by leaps and bounds. But I've gotten plenty wrong too, man. That's why we love the sport.

I agree he shouldn't get the fight and agree with you on why 100%. The fight is at 144 though so he's not making him go to 147. Not sure if that even has any bearing on the fight anyhow because Manny weighs that anyway usually give or take a pound..

Absolutely. .if every fight went the way we thought they would there would be no point in watching. .
