When was the last time Pacquiao fought a guy with a significant height and reach advantage who boxes and moves like Chris? I cant think of any examples especially in the past 5-8 years. So I'm not sure how you come to the conclusion that the style match up is a mismatch in favor of Pac.

I also think Pacquiao is an old fighter and has declined greatly.

So in other words, even style-wise you can't really say that it's a mismatch. You're just basing it on Manny not fighting someone like that in a while. Like I said, if this guy wins it's because Manny's old. Algieri is just not elite.

Algieri didn't earn a fight with Pacquaio. The only reason he's fighting Pacquaio is because Top Rank has very limited options within their stable. Otherwise, this fight would not be happening. If Pacquaio gets past Algieri, you can expect Jesse Vargas to get a shot next.
