Not sure if it was the knee per say, but Martinez just looked like a shot fighter in general. 14 month layoff did him no good.

Cotto is LIGHTYEARS better than Martinez as a fighter.

Imagine the riot if Sergio said a couple days before the fight: my knees are ****ed up! The MSG was sold out, the PPV, the whole promotion, Millions of millions of dollars would have been lost. He cannot say it even if its the truth.
Last night, Sergio was circling the ring constantly with speed, circling and circling like he's on a Merry-Go-Round. Trying to get away from Cotto the entire fight. What happened to his knees then?

Everybody was concerned about Martinez injury history.
Nobody ignored it. It was brought up iin countless threads.

I happened to think Martinez could beat him anyways. He couldn't.

There's a reason Cotto wanted nothing to do with Sergio a few years ago.

At least Cotto took on the crippled version. More than you can say for "TBE" (LOL)

lol you're not special so stop acting like you were the only one who noticed sergio is damn near 40 and lost his last fight to murray.

                  GTFO.
