That list is beyond senseless. Anyone who would rate Pacquiao ahead of Mayweather @ 147lbs is obviously mentally ******ed...

          2) mosley....outside of losses to forrest twice in his prime at the weight, the rest were past prime losses(cotto, pacquaio, mayweather) has the best single win over odlh in his prime , a few defenses won lineal title. Wins over collazo, margarito and last win over fringe contender cano
          3) pacquaio...good run affected by circumstances...either opponents a fight or two removed from being dominated like cotto and mosley, a zombie last.fight dlh affects the importance of the wins....clottey was a good win, marquez was a toss up but he did get ktfo by him too, bradley a good win

          5)cotto
          6)margarito

          14)hatton

I'd put Forrest ahead of Pacquiao. Say what you will BUT he beat a PRIME Shane Mosley *twice*. Those two wins **** all over Pacquiao's whole tenure @ welter.

I'd put Mayorga ahead of Cotto. Ricardo has the the two wins over Vernon. what in the hell has Cotto ever done?

              Lol.

Exactly WHO ranked Pacquiao the best welter in the world and, more importantly, WHY?

I will agree with cliff on this. If you have any other questions or concerns about wheteher floyd is lineal or not please address them with cliff.

                  Lol.

Cotto's best win @ 147 is the UD he got over Shane in a fight that could have gone either way. Manny beat him only *after* he got sonned badly by Antonio Margarito. Tim's best win @ welter came over a 39 y/o guy who fought @ 126 not all that long ago. Cotto and Bradley are NOT stand out welters.

This thread just shows how little people know about boxing....all most seem to do is talk about Pacman and ***** Boy, yet little talk on the other fighters with a few thinking Forrest deserves to be top 3...forgetting his losses at the weight and how brief his time at the top was.

Exactly what did Margarito do to be ahead of Shane? Lose head to head and lose to Paul Williams?
