Fonfara is one tough dude and I want to see more of him in the future. I knew it would be a tough fight cause Fonfara was a lot better than many people thought. Stevenson showed some heart and did have to dig deep after being dropped but Stevenson was still the better fighter and won a clear victory.

It was a great entertaining night of boxing and this fight made me like Stevenson a lot.

It was never a showcase fight. Fonfara was always a legit challenger. People who undersold him going in weren't paying attention. He's a good fighter and gave another good fighter hell.

In a way it was kind of a showcase fight though. Unknown opponent, first fight on Showtime, first fight with Haymon. Fonfara just forgot to read the script that's all. HA

The best thing proven last night was that ******man IS beatable. Kov, BHop, Ward, GGG... any of them would beat him.

Fonfara was getting the shot on HBO too. He was in position with the sanc bodies and hardly unknown. People just undersold him. I always thought he was live. What had Stevenson really done in terms of quality wins that was eons better than Fonfara? Not as much as people thought.

I love how the same fans who don't mind Stevenson ducking Kovalev to fight Bellew and running to Showtime..keep trying to hype up the Hopkins fight...

Stevenson will beat Hopkins easily...it'll be a boring easy decision where Hopkins just runs around doesn't engage and loses almost every round... got it? It'll be the Chad Dawson fight 100X worse...

He was ALWAYS beatable. Kovalev Ward GGG..,etc are also beatable. Just cause Stevenson had to dig deep and looked vulnerable don't mean BHop Ward GGG..etc will beat him. Every fight is different. Stevenson had to go through adversity and this should make him stronger.

Exactly. I mean, he's already been beaten. People imagine others saying things no facts could support and then go 'Aha' when they beat their imaginary foe.

Can't believe what i'm reading B Hop will beat Stevenson so easily. Stevenson cannot box. He just doesn't have the skills to beat the Alien. As for Kolev or whatever is name is He will get knocked out by Bhop!!!

Stevenson did extremely good wining 9 out 12 rounds against a very serious fighter.

I think both BHop and Kovalev are even more worried after yesterday!

Adonis showed he could adapt and come back stronger!

Hopkins and Kovalev will get hit and I'm confidante they can't take shots like Fonfara did!
