It is quite clear by now why Stevenson is ducking Kovalev. The Krusher would break him down.

In fact, Golovkin would trash him too. Triple God is at 168 now, his power, chin and capabilities overcome ANYONE between 154-175.

Stevenson is a sissy boy though. This puss will stay ducking.

"Atleast" is two words: At least. Kind of comical of you to criticize a guy for spelling and you turn right around and do the same thing.

I love your deduction skills, Stevenson dominates a game and tough Fonfara but according to an armchair expert like you, "It is quite clear by now why Stevenson is ducking Kovalev." Wonderful logic you have there buddy

Not in this context. It wasn't about the spelling, it's about trying to hype up a guy that you know so little about that you can't even spell his name correctly. If I were trying to hype up my grammar then you'd have a point.

STEVENSON said KOV has a bad defense, damn how many straight right hands ADONIS eat last night? How many? If KOV hit with a straight right hand like the one in round 9,ADONIS is put KO cold;he is Ring and WBC champion because a 1 round KO over CHAD DAWSON so he is not the real legit champ of the division at my eyes,BHOP and ADONIS are better stay away from KOVALEV !!! Thanks BOB and OSCAR is starting to work together again so AL HAYMON can stay alone in his GARBAGE BOXING,who believes that THE UNDISPUTED LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT WORLD CHAMPION come from BHOP vs STEVENSON is a fool, but really a fool!!!

Good fight. Stevenson landed huge on Fonfara and the man just kept coming.

Last night confirmed what I have felt about Stevenson for quite a while; he is one dimensional and not the fittest fighter. I thought he was starting to look tired against Cloud before Tavoris quit. Last night he looked totally gassed in round 9 but in fairness did dig deep to close.

He doesn't seem to have anything other than a 1-2 in his arsenal aside from single shots. Fonfara could see everything coming but was too square (so those straight body shots were coming in at the perfect angle) and had no head movement (so was just eating anything thrown that got through his guard). With such a static opponent, Stevenson could not conjure up anything that his opponent couldn't see coming. Most rounds went by without a combination beyond a 1-2. He mostly relied on the counter straight left. It was predictable and kinda boring to be honest.

Fortunately for him Fonfara was eating too much to be able to muster the kind of pace in the late rounds required to finish Stevenson.

BHop, Ward, Kovalev will be licking their chops after seeing last night's outing.
