so lets say the agreed cut off is 18 days from the fight. the testing agency would still come and test pac randomly up until day 18 from the fight. and again pac is willing to give blood right after the fight.

baseball's A-rod and Anthony Bosch biogenesis have proven that It is quite possible/clear that you can use forms of PED s till the last moment. A Random test is a random test no cut off date shhh. In the olympics they dont try to negotiate cut off dates and such...

Nowadays even the most dominant champions in combatsports are starting to ask for random testing. It's becoming the norm. In MMA it fist was GSP who asked Hendricks. Now John Jones is asking random testing vs Glover.
