Pacquiao's inner circle agree with what Alex Ariza first told FightHype readers over two years ago; that Bob Arum and Michael Koncz are preventing a mega-fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao from taking place

Floyd already spoke on it also saying Bob was doing underhanded **** that the public wasnt aware of....And you have Pac's inner circle saying Bob was the one holding things up.

it's easy to speculate. alex arisa this, arum that, konz this again. but you must realized that manny is the one pursuing the fight(look at my avatar) the ball is mostly at floyd's court. you must also realized that floyd has given so many recorded alibis. pacquiao only has the blood test as alibi and there is a recorded video after the 1st morales fight that he will not give blood close to the fight. when pacquiao has agreed to a 2 week cut off date- floyd wanted no cut off where a week earlier floyd has agreed for 3 weeks cut off date. floyd is the one moving the goal post.

Other than the foyd fights, I think each fighter made more to fight manny. which I agree justified their move. We may not know "for sure". But we know for sure Manny got a call from floyd and the offer was $40 mil guaranteed. we know for sure that is more than manny has ever made. I agree that floyd should present a contract, although TR didn't have a contract until after the conditions were met.

My man, you seem ok with the practice in general.You seem to be ok with TR doing it but against floyd suggesting manny do it. You cite the money manny makes as a reason its bad for him even though there is CLEAR evidence he would make far more than he is making.

That seems to be an incredible double standard. That would be my only problem with your take on this.

because u're missing the point here. when shane and marquez did it they had nowhere else left to go. manny still have options even if he stays with TR. thats why pac is saying he's not gonna just leave TR for a floyd fight. bob will recycle the same fights and manny will still be making the same he's always have. can u say the same with shane and marquez if they didnt sign with TR? manny is not in a desperate mode like shane and marquez and pac made it clear that he's not. marquez is set to fight alvarado and possibly the winner of pac/bradley again, will marquez be in these type of big fights if he didnt sign with TR?

When did this occur?

It must have been when Arum put up that clock after he said he wouldn't negotiate through the media, saying they had an agreement but they hand't talked to Floyd yet and got him on board.

That is pretty much a breakdown of the second go around right? Looks more like posturing than anything serious but you know the P.T. Barnum line that Arum ascribes to "there is a sucker born every minute"

So now it's Alex Ariza's words that we have to believe, ok. So when Manny offers Floyd to fight for charity after he gone running his mouth, what happen? He got quiet all of a sudden. We, boxing fans knows who wants the fight and who wants to act diva and not want the fight. Manny was on National TV when he said it, he even have that old phone as his prop. "my line is open 24/7, all he have to do is call" BOOM, silence from Floyd. END OF DISCUSSiON!!!!

Choosing a side is feeble, puerile and dumb. If you cant see that all share blame then maybe this isnt the sport for you. Maybe watching TMZ or other gossip type shows is the way to go.

Pacquiao was fighting TR exclusive fighters since 2009. It didn't just start happening in 2013. What the hell are you talking about? Just like Floyd only fights GBP fighters. Why is it only one side of the story with you people?

Still doesn't explain why Floyd was willing to work with Arum 2009-2012. Arum never demanded that Floyd join TR. So again....what the hell are you talking about?

I think I've made salient points. I haven't taken a side. Whatever changed, we may never know. I've tried to guess what may have hapened, as have others. Posters have listed several things that have changed since then and all you've done is criticize the poster.

IMO, floyd saying he doesn't want to work with arum and asking manny to sign with TMT/MP is in direct response to Bob using this tactic starting in 2011.
