No they didn't. But all we heard after that was "if you da best, take the test". So when they agreed to take the test in the next round of negotiations, suddenly a new roadblock appeared, then another and another.

I do not agree with your assertion on roadblocks. But, if Manny becomes a free agent and tries to negotiate a fight with FMJ, then we will have something to talk about. There is recent history, where Cotto became a free agent and fought FMJ without many problems. You are assuming that they cannot make a fight because another event will derail the negotiation. I do not feel that way. Again you blame Floyd and I blame Arum. At the end of 2014, Manny has the chance to take Arum out of the equation for one fight and try to negotiate a deal. We will see what happens.

Floyd stated he no longer would work with arum. that is a stretch to say that was the problem all along. but either way we didn't get the fight we wanted.
