          This is just one of the many excuses Floyd has come up with.

          Wasn't Pac with TR when they were in advanced negotiations to make the fight happen? Wasn't Pac with TR when Floyd supposedly offered 40m to fight?

              if he is happy at top rank then thats up to him. its not pacquiaos fault that mayweather doesnt like arum. thats mayweathers problem, not pacs.

                He was also with TR when he counter offered floyd $50m which duckweather turned down.
