They're campaigning for PR to adopt him...stop it di*khead. & no. Danny did not throw low blows all night. But Hererra did throw his head int danny's & grab him & hit & hold through out the night. (which I actually have no problem w/) Thse are veteran moves & he roughed up & made danny uncomfortable. But in no way when u don't shut the favorite out or hurt him or embarrass him r beat him up...ur not winning that decision. Hell The Chavez fight was a bigger injustice than this...pac vs bradley..the list can go on for days. This is just another bit of home cooking in a non-major event. Not a big deal like people wanna make it. Danny has to learn how to do wut Ward does & just switch up styles wen the game plan isn't working. He should've began to bully & push hererra around....make him uncomfortable...instead of waiting. Learning experience frm a crafty vet fighter.

I agree with.. I also agree with the idea to beat a Champion you must dominate the Champion for more than 7 rds in which Hererra didn't do and especially with a jab . He has to have total domination which didn't happen
in this fight and those PR POWER PUNCHES had to count for more points
than a jab. Did they game plan wrong? Absolutely. Did he move before
Swift planted his foot and land his power shots? (Tito vs. Hopkins)Sure he did but he didn't dominate nor landed the more harder or effective shots to earn him the Championship of the world...IMO

People don't get that the broner fight was set up for him to win...But Chino took it in such undeniable fashion They had no choice but to award him the vicky & tthe belt. So many fighters have been on the losing end of debatable decisions. U just gotta keep pushing forward til the next opportunity comes...Danny earned his spot. No way he loses his title in such fashion as Sat. night.

It is true that Al Haymon is able to arrange judging that favor his boxers anywhere. The only difference I would expect is that if this fight was in other place outside NY, Philadelphia or P. Rico, you probably would see some of the public protesting the bad decision. Garcia lost, he was booed during the fight but at the end practically all the crowd cheered the bogus victory and I believe is mainly do to the fact that P. Rico doesn't have now any champions born in the island. They needed badly the false win and you can see it here where most of the posters denying Herrera's victory have root on the island. There are few honest posters but a good number of them have become cynical in the name of a false nationalism. This should be more a matter of justice and integrity than pseudo patriotism.

I agree with you about the people in PR or even with ties there. Puerto Rico is hurting bad for any stars at the moment. so I can see why the fans supported the decision when it was clearly terrible 116-112 by 2 judges is robbery IMO.

Puerto Rico has had a pretty tough go lately. if Martinez KOs Cotto, than Danny Garcia is basically all they have. wow PR boxing is really in a bad place.

Danny was exposed as not being able to adjust,no inside game, and flat footed as hell. I thought Danny was diffrent and gave him the benefit of the doubt but now I know he is not going to be p4p #1 to many dam flaws in his game and he is not going to change

No draw, I'll score it for Danny. His power punches sealed the deal. I absolutely think it was his worst outing and that its time for a world class trainer. Herrera boxed well but I agree that he didn't beat Danny. Every round was close with the exception of 11 (Garcia) and 12 (Herrera). Neither fighter definitively won the other rounds and id give the close rounds to the champ in or out of Puerto Rico.

Herrera won easy money. People keep saying Danny landed the harder power punches, how is that? Look at the fight and look at BOTH of their faces and tell me who was getting the best of who? And who was landing the harder shots?

So whose face was more jacked up by the end of the fight? I rest my case, that is a tell to who was landing the more clean effective power punches. I can tell you were going for Danny but he loss and got a gift decision because he was the home town favorite nothing more nothing less.
