Hatton would get hit...people talking about him having this Great head movement are crazy.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if Maidana lands an overhand with Hatton leaping in. Good ****ing night

      Maidana rolls and slips punches.

Lots of revisionist history going on with Hatton, the man's only good win is a hometown foulfest over a well past it Kostya Tszyu, a fight he wouldn't have won without hometown refereeing. Hold hold hold hold, headbutt, hold hold, hit and hold, hold hold, head butt, hold elbow hold hold, wrestle wrestle headbutt

Maidana better than Hatton now? Wow, NSB is a hell of a place!

I'd pick Hatton. He only stuggled with slick fighters. (Floyd, Collazo) I think He'd sc**** a win against Maidana though. They're both tough as hell, it would be a helluva fight.

I have to echo this. His speed (hand and foot especially) & bodypunching would of folded Madonna.

You can't take rounds off against a prime Hatton either.

Prime hatton would have beaten maidana in a war....

Hatton that fought tackie, tyszu, maussa would hurt maidana to the body, wouldnt stop him, but def drop him at least once..

Hatton took shots well in his prime, so i think he would be able to handle maidana's power like he did Tsyzu

I got hatton winning a decision with one kd,, 115-112

Personally I feel that you can't outbrawl Maidana. No one has ever beat Chino going toe to toe. I don't see Hatton beating Marcos that way.

Kostya Tszyu was old when Hatton beat him. Also, Tszyu is a one-shot-at-a-time puncher, so that was an easy fight for the Hitman

Unlike Tszyu, Maidana is a big puncher who throws in threes and fours. I see Hatton getting broken down and KO'd brutally.

Finally some common sense. Definitely some revisionist history. Now ricky hatton has become joe frazier with the head movement and has become a chavez sr. level body puncher.

Who was the best fighter prime hatton beat? a past prime kostya who was screwed by the refs yet was able to land countless shots on hatton? ben tackie? maussa? juan urango?

Just go through the votes and take away all the brits biased ass votes and all the floyd haters voting for hatton because they are currently trying to crap on maidana and you get basically a even poll result.

Maidana is a better bodypuncher than Hatton, and Hatton has been dropped multiple times to the body as well, including against Tszyu where the criminally incompetent referee didn't rule it a knock down.
