i haven't seen maidana lose in an all out brawl yet and that's what the fight will be. both fighters have a limited defense, especially hatton, so it's very likely maidana lands something big early.

Ricky edges Maidana is just about every department except for power, maybe they are on par with one another. I think Hatton beats him in a close, hard fought war. Certainly a fight that would have been huge if it ever happened.

No one 'murders' anyone in this fight; it would be competitive for the most part IMO. I'd 100% pick prime Hatton to win though.

I'm a fan of Maidana, and he's a tough fighter. He is being a bit overrated though since he beat (an average fighter in) Broner.
