so as I posted because the situations are not exactly the same you are attempting to differentiate between manny/bob's asking them to sign with TR to get a Manny fight and floyd asking Manny to sign with TMT to get a floyd fight.

Since Ive answered your questions please answer this-if manny and floyd both knock the same fighter out in the 3rd round-is one a 3rd round KO and the other not a 3rd round ko because one fight is a 10 round fight and the other a 12 round fight?

i don't think manny nor bob asked directly that bradley join his promotion to get a fight with manny. there were NO negotiations for that fight. if this had happened you would expect to hear the whiny schaeffer cry foul immediately and bash him. and bradley's first fight with TR was casamayor.

this situation is so different from floyd directly demanding pac to leave arum to get a fight with him AFTER an initial negotiation.

3 weeks ago Manny signed a 1yr extension with Top Rank had he not signed the extension his contract with Arum would have expired on New Years Eve FACT!!!! If he wanted the Floyd fight he could have not signed the extension set the fight up for May and resigned with Arum the next day! Look it up!

Bradley was told to get the Pacman fight he had to sign with Top Rank that's a fact! That's how a lot of big promoters stay in the game ala Don King! They force young fighters to sign with them in order to get a shot at the Champ! GBP does the same thing it's just business!

I think the fight would be made if and when Manny leaves Top Rank. The problem I see is Michael Konz who's appointed by Arum. Manny DOES have a Legal Adviser but it seems like Konz plays a part in Manny's negotiations. I'm not 100% sure what the meeting was like with Konz and Ellerbe / Floyd a couple years back, but if Floyd is persistent in not doing business with Arum, and Manny leaves Arum for 1 fight for Floyd and THEN Floyd puts roadblocks up, then it will really look bad on Floyd.

But I have a feeling Manny knows this and maybe won't be so quick to renegotiate an extension. If he does, in my eyes, he doesn't want the fight with Mayweather that much if he understands the circumstances resigning.

mosley wasn't under any promotional contract for GBP for almost two years already prior to his signing with TR
