No surprise here. I don't get why anyone would think this fight would be possible with Pacquiao still with Top Rank.

Please, if Arum even gets a whiff that Pac and his team are planning on leaving him to make the fight next year he will just screw Pac on the cards in his next fight or two to try and kill it.
Arum is still pissed that Floyd and Oscar, two fighters that he brought up, left him to make the biggest PPV fight in history.
The old man doesn't care about money, he already has more than he or his family could spend in a lifetime. Its about bitterness and he will not let the fight happen no matter what.

Pacquiao will fight Bradley next, and then if Marquez wants that 147 title so bad, he can have a 5th with Manny Fall 2014. If he still doesn't have the ballz to extend ONE rematch to Manny after Manny gave him FOUR fights, then Manny can fight Danny Garcia then.

You call what floyd has done roadblocks or "unique" are the same things done by Manny and his team and those opponents still fought. Did you say anything then? You can't have it both ways.

If any posters on this site believe Floyd has been the loser by not fighting Pac they are crazy. Even FORBES magazine had an article (GOOGLE it) about how Manny has lost at least $100 million dollars by not taking the fight when Floyd first negotiated with him. That's when Pacman wanted conditions on testing, not totally random blood testing (He wants random testing now after getting KTFO by Marquez). Look at what Floyd gets from Showtime before the PPV money even comes in. Look at the RECORD=BREAKING Canelo fight numbers! He's been the number #1 highest paid athlete w/o endorsements for at least 2 years. He doesn't need the fight! Even if he fights Khan (WHICH WOULD BE A TRAVESTY) he make 3 times more than Pac vs. Rios fight or a Pac vs. Bradley 2. Pac needs to fight Ruslan next, then Bradley, then LEAVE TOP RANK and TAKE THE TESTS and get the fight HE NEEDS!

And one more thing, was jmm, shane and tim ever in any negotiation with manny and top rank in the first place before they got signed to top rank like how manny and top rank was in negotiation with floyd and golden boy in 2009 then all of a sudden end of 2013 floyd says pac needs to leave arum first. how the phuck is this even the same as what u're trying to justify? i cant believe flomo dunn is trying to compare the 2 LOL!! jmm, shane and tim was NEVER i repeat never in any type of negotiation like how manny was with floyd in 09. both teams sat down and negotiate and it didnt work out, years later floyd comes out with manny needs to leave top rank first. how is this the same as shane, jmm and tim??? did all 3 of them had a negotiation with bob and it didnt work out? then bob offer them to come sign with bob and bob will give them a fight with manny?? did this happen???
