You would think with all the visceral hatred May Jr has for Arum and Pac that he would want to Knock Pac out and take all Arums money !!!!!!!!!

Yes tjmm and shane both did-thats how the "must leave TR to get a fight" became a condition.

I am comparing the requests from the a sides in each instance. I am then looking at the b sides actions/responses. I then apply both to the floyd/mnny fight.

I did not say the situations were the same, I said the requests are. You are trying to argue since the situations are not excatly the same the requests are different. we disagree.

Since the first negotitations fell through Manny/Bob have on 3 occasions made non TR fighters sign to TR as a condition of getting a fight with Manny.

Floyd, seeing that fighters were willing to do this and knowing this is a smart way to protect your investment is asking Manny to do this.

If you didn't care then its not a big deal now.

show me where tim and shane sat down with bob and manny for a negotiation BEFORE getting signed onto top rank??? they were never in any type of negotiation prior to signing onto top rank. when tim signed onto top rank thats when the negotiation with pac started. pac and floyd were actually in a negotiation to get the fight signed. so u're telling me tim and his previous promoter reached out to bob and manny and they all sat down and negotiate and agreed on everything except for 1 thing and then years later bob offer tim to leave his promoter in order to get a fight with manny? u're telling me this happen??

so as I posted because the situations are not exactly the same you are attempting to differentiate between manny/bob's asking them to sign with TR to get a Manny fight and floyd asking Manny to sign with TMT to get a floyd fight.

Since Ive answered your questions please answer this-if manny and floyd both knock the same fighter out in the 3rd round-is one a 3rd round KO and the other not a 3rd round ko because one fight is a 10 round fight and the other a 12 round fight?

It's gonna be real interesting what happens when pac's contract is up.. Will PAC leave for one fight and will arum have him back if he does.. If I were PAC i'd probably do what Cotto does and be a free agent from fight to fight..

A 10 and 12 round fight are "different situations" but both fights are 3rd round ko's. Same thing here. whether the "situations" are different is irrelevant-the requests are not. they are the same thing.
