calzaghe was a big favorite over hopkins, it was joes best w in my opinion but it's a steep drop off after. Castillo and Corrales are so much better/more accomplished than kessler it's crazy

Either the two Castillo wins and the Corrales win may be better than the Kessler win but not by a long way. Kessler was, and perhaps still is, a very high quality fighter.

Manny is much older than jones and Hopkins were when fighting joe if you objectively look at his career and consider te mileage on the man. Manny had been in wars. How many wars has Floyd been in? Just because manny is younger than Floyd doesn't make him the fresher fighter.

the same applies to any comparison.

we have to go like for like ages to validate your comparison as much as possible.

This is all academic to the actual point - that Floyd waiting for 2 ATGS to age to their forties definitely looks bad for him, but Calzaghe fighting 2 aged legends somehow makes him look better.

I dont get the double standard. Is it because Calzaghe had acheieved such a small amount that to beat these two aged atgs is a relative big feat for him. Or is it because Floyd is black?
