I believe God gives us all tools. I believe Matthysse's power and Mayweather's reflexes are gifts from God. However at the end of the day it's up to us to use our gifts. I don't believe God is pulling for one guy over another. Could easily be wrong, just my opinion when it comes to God and sports. I love boxing but God and Jesus come first.

What about Matthysse's parents , genetic science says they gave him everything and they can pretty much prove it , did God give the pain and suffering to millions of helpless people all over the world or was that genetics and environment and location at play , could mere mortals alter Gods work for the better , man has many times !

Man is God , each and every one of us is our own God .

In creating performance animals to succeed and improve , man selectively breeds them for the desired traits , Man breeds himself with no selection and in doing so fills the world with masses of fools following fools , animals bred this way are prey not predators , I believe in science not in a God .

When God walks in , logic flys out the window .

god is not real and organized religion is the biggest threat to the existence and progress of the human race. It is used by the people in power to placate the poor masses and use them to achieve their nefarious self interests.

Get rid of religion and you will see an intellectual, technological, economical, sociological, and environmental rebirth on a massive scale on planet earth.

Ah, yes, b/c Jesus, like unicorns and leprechauns, never existed. I get it. Tight parallel.

Only if you have faulty logic or the god you're conceiving of is a silly charicature on the level of Santa Claus -- which no responsible believer accepts.

santa clause is far more believable and far less harmful. he only gives kids presents which is a good thing. he doesn't tell people to kill other people if they work on sunday, kill people if they wear clothes with 2 different fabrics, said slavery was ok, and on and on. oh those things that god said were wrong? i didn't know you could change what god said. so is god right all the time or just some times? do you have to guess and if you guess wrong you die? now that's a high stakes game. should be a reality show. let's send god a contract. wait i thought he was infallible but maybe that was opposite day or something? fu-kk me this is hard. since it's all a contradiction let's just pretend to like the stuff we like and ignore the other stuff. responsible believers!

I believe what your saying , more people have died at the hands of religion than any other cause , smarter men trying to enforce their beliefs on the masses of poor sorry souls that don't know what time of day it is , can you imagine a modern day magician transported to BC , I think people that have no answers find one in God , if it comforts them all good .

If there was such a thing I believe our belief in it would be an automatic instinct , but unless you a told and preached to nobody cares .

Absolutely FALSE, though it is parroted ad nauseum! The two most prolific killers of men in the history of humankind (Stalin & Hitler) were both avowed enemies of Christianity and the God of the Bible. Others could also be named. Surely you (& everybody) knows this! It's so hypocritical the way atheism is given a pass, but the refrain about religion being the chief cause of human death is accepted without the slightest question.

I think some fighters are "GIFTED" Absolutely!

It is no type of training in the world you can do to get as skilled as Mayweather...even if you use his father as your trainer your still not going to be as good

Matthysse Power, Rigondeaux Footwork, Froch Chin, Ward Smarts, Hopkins Cleverness (Just to name a few) those things you can't "LEARN"
