Do you believe God gives a fighter strength?

I (a Christian) think that the mention of God by an athlete should be handled with wisdom and discretion -- and too often it isn't. The Bible says that "every good gift come from the Father" (James 1:17) -- so yes, God gives fighters their strength ultimately -- BOTH of them. LOL But I don't like it when an athlete seems to use God as hardly more than a good luck charm! Make sense?

How is it ignorant to have a personal opinion that sport and religion should remain seperate? It's fairly commonly agreed religion should not interfere in modern ********ic politics, so to be against something similar shows ur ignorance above anything else.

I don't believe in God so no, and if there is a God and all this **** going on in the world I sure hope he got bigger n more important things to attend to than boxing.

I have Faith in God. Idk if he helps a fighter a win. Id even say he doesnt. Thanking him for youre blessings is a good thing though.
