It doesn't matter what "they" say. "They" said Chad Dawson could make 168.

What he should do is move down to 154 and test the water.

As for Matthysse, you can bet that Matthysse will be a lot more comfortable at 147 than Golovkin will be at 154 but one is ok and the other isn't?
You mean he shouldn't do the Martinez and call Mayweather out of the comfort of 160? This is getting so ridiculous man, I don't understand this sport. Floyd is still very much a WW.

      Oh never mind. Troll thread.

The two aren't comparable. Now if Golovkin was moving up, he'd do well to take on another SMW to test the waters before taking on the best SMW in Andre Ward.
You're right it isn't comparable because it's easier to move up than it is to cut down a whole weight class that you haven't fought at before. GGG wouldn't hold any advantages over Floyd at 154 if he is drained at the weight. There are so many examples of this happening to fighters: DLH vs. Pac, Dawson vs. Ward, Lalonde vs. SRL, and RJJ vs. Tarver (is an extreme example). Fighters always think they can make weight comfortably until after the fight and they're explaining why they lost. Can you name a fighter that cut down a whole weight class (that they have never fought at before) and fought a good opponent and won?

I've seen you state that GGG would brutalize Floyd at 154. He would cut off the ring and hurt Floyd with his power. Now if he fought Floyd in his first fight at 154 and wasn't able to cut off the ring nor hurt Floyd, what would you say?

And he did, got beat against the world's best then used the drained excuse. Moved back up and got KO'd again in R.1 so as to disprove his drained excuse.

lol stop trolling. Who do you want him to body before Mayweather? Cotto? Trout?

Gennady will make 154 with a trademark smile and serve Floyd his "lucky punch".

Forget then, I'll tell you what I'll say now. You're dealing in fantasy to avoid a reality.

No, because he's a damn MW! And there's not enough money involved. Oh yeah and GGG fights on HBO.

So are we to believe people who know Pacquiao somehow don't know Mayweather?

You actually think Dawsonn wasn't drained against Ward despite it being so abundantly clear he was?

When a fighter hasn't been south of a weight in an extended peroid of time then move down another 6-7 lbs, it effects them and they can't make the weight in a healthy manner. It's clear and obvious to see.

Denying that is ridiculous. And it is clear just by looking at Dawson that he was dead at the weight. Even more clear watching the fight.

Trolling? How is that trolling? If Golovkin is serious about a Mayweather fight then he should move down and beat whoever is there for him. He's not going to get it staying at 160.

Actually it would seem that GGG is ducking WARD, Froch, kid chocolate, he wants to fight a small guy a WW rather than him being a MW fighting the #2 p4p at SMW. They know Ward is sitting right there waiting to beat his ass so they are running. If floyd beats him they'll be asking floyd to fight a LHW. The bias here is unbelievable, some of these people actually believe their own obvious BS. Floyd must be in their heads something bad. They said they want Canelo, now they've already given up on him. They will never be satisfied so i enjoy them going crazy. LET ME HELP THEM, FLOYD IS DUCKING the Klitch brothers.

Golovkin isn't beating Mayweather. He couldn't even catch Rosado when Rosado started to move

I think fighters make excuses for losses. He was beaten by the better man at 168 then at 175. His excuses fell flat (much like he did).

Like I said, who should he body before Mayweather? who does he have to beat for you?

"get him out of there, he's going to get killed!"

                      ring any bells?
