Canelo will be amazed by the speed and agility of Mayweather all he has going for him at the end of the day is size and power. He's really not even much taller then Floyd.. You have terrible logic? What did Ortiz to get the Floyd fight? Floyd is nothing special all you have to do is beat Berto to get to him. Floyd is a great boxer but fights guys who have bo chance or washed up legends like oscar and shane. Alvarez is a tough fight for Floyd just wait and see.

First off I can already tell you dont know how to pick your spots dude. Pls explain to me how de la Hoya was washed up in 2007? He gave Floyd a tuff fight he had the drive to win but just got out boxed in the end. Even til this day Oscar doesn't make any excuse including " oh I was old and beat up" as he did against paquaio, and eventually quit on his stool after the 6 round. As far as Mosley goes he was in great shape against Floyd but was over trained because he was suppose to fight berto instead, and still wobbled Mayweather. When canelo fought Mosley he was WELL WASHED UP were commentators we're wondering if Shane even through a punch! And canelo still got tired like he always does cause of stamina issues and gave a round to Mosley in the must of Shane's constant inactivity. Do your research dude before you make inaccurate claims and wannabe statements to justify your disliking of Mayweather! Canelo is good he will touch floyd i will even say he will rock floyd but what ppl arnt getting is that has all happend bfor u can say it wasnt by canelo but there are things past floyd appoinents can do better then canelo also.
It will be good it will challenge floyd but this is not gunna b floyds forst loss he has too many skills for this kid canelo still has to work on alot while floyd has nothin to learn but defeat which we all know aint happenin on sept.14

What's more, when has Canelo shown this great defense of his? Was it when Jose Cotto had him staggered? This is absurd.

Canelo has gotten by, by beating severely undersized, and outclassed opponents. Floyd will be undersized, no doubt, but his vastly superior skill will be the key to victory.

If Canelo thinks he's going to win the fight on the outside, he's dead wrong. If he tries to get on the inside he's going to get hit with flush bombs all day.

Just ask Robert Guerrero about that.

Floyd's footwork, handspeed, boxing IQ..................basically everything will be too much for Canelo.

Canelo's ONLY chance is that he is MUCH bigger than Floyd.

the real question. Canelo is 22, hasn't fought anybody that was a household name besides Mosley, and has a LOT to prove.

Prior to Ortiz fighting Berto, Berto was widely considered a top 3-4 welterweight.

Now when Guerrero fought Floyd, he was coming off a win over Berto, also. He was also the interim WBC champ at 147. Plus, hadn't lost in how many years? It was a decent fight to make from a competitive standpoint.

Just like what you said about Canelo not fighting any household names, Berto hadn't either yet you gave him more credit. Why? Maybe you are just trying to boost up Floyd's previous opponents?

Now taking what I said into account, who did Ortiz and Guerrero beat at WW? How many fights at WW have they had to justify your claim?
