I know some of you feel very strongly about your opinions. But the lack of a baseline respect for Floyd's ability in the ring is always astounding. There are real people who post regularly on BoxingScene who feel he is some talentless coward who has cherry picked his way to this point in his career.

What the fck are you guys watching? His place in history is one thing, as with anyone that can be debated. But to not even acknowledge that he has boxing ability is amazing. Some of you really take the cake

Mayweather barely beat Cotto. Trout clearly beat cotto. Canelo outclassed, outboxed, and DROPPED Trout with one punch.

Ortiz was GETTING ON FLOYD'S ASS. Yea floyd was catching Ortiz with the straight right but Ortiz was walking right through floyd's weak punches. The fight was even when floyd took the coward way out and sucker punched Ortiz. Josesito Lopez went toe to toe with ortiz and broke his jaw. Canelo DESTROYED Lopez from start to finish.

Mosely almost knocked floyd out and gave floyd trouble up until the late rounds. Canelo DOMINATED mosely from start to finish.

Floyd was in trouble against Ortiz until he took the b*tch way out. Canelo is going to pick up where Ortiz left off.

Floyd was completely annihilating Ortiz in that fight lol. In that 4th round Ortiz was getting combinations to his dome while Mayweather was just standing there tee'ing off. It wasn't even CLOSE to being even. This proves my point that nobody wants to give Mayweather any props for what he's done in his career lol. We'll see what happens on 9/14, though. My prediction, Floyd by easy UD. 5-6 rounds gap

That's the ONLY point I'm trying to make here lol. It keeps being misconstrued as if I'm trying to downgrade others' accomplishment. I'm only trying to say that the majority of people who post on these websites refuse to acknowledge that Floyd is in fact one of the greatest boxers to ever lace up a pair of gloves. It's funny because everybody knows, even if he had fought Pacquiao, these questions about his talent/abilities would still be coming out in full force.

You don't fix stamina issues in one fight. Alvarez against trout, couldn't fight a full round. Even after the knock down, he let trout get up and take control. If you call Alvarez last performance great, you better hope he don't do that against Floyd. I seen tooooo many wholes in his game. Trout couldn't punch himself out of a wet paper bag. I can go over many things that will give Alvarez fits. Alvarez has size and power going for him against Floyd. Getting hit and stamina issue don't go together. That takes steam away from you as the match goes on. If he gets behind early, that will force Alvarez to fight a fast past fight which will equal, burning more energy chasing Floyd.
