Just so you know, Mayweather got a guaranteed $32 million to fight Robert Guerrero. That's Robert Guerrero. And that was just the guaranteed portion.

I don't know about you, but $50 million to fight the second most popular fighter in the sport is a bad split for Mayweather if he can get $32 million for Robert Guerrero.

Yeah but he was promised $50 million BEFORE the PPV upside against Pac. Reports were both fights could have made close to $75 million if the fight broke the records it was slated to break and that was not even counting a rematch, which would have been even bigger. Floyd has and will never come close to those kind of numbers then or since and he still said no to protect the 0. Not completely his fault, Arum was ducking as well, but Pac said yes to the tests and Floyd moved the goal posts with that bs $40 million, that was his turn to make the fight and he quacked loud and hard.

If you think about it, of his last 6 fights will be against young world champions in their prime, starting with Guerrero. There aren't really any veterans left for him to fight unless Paulie beats Broner and puts himself into the picture.

Guerrero is not a real WW. Like Floyd, he can easily make lower weight classes.
