    you're silly man. wow
And where is the part that describes the conversion of carbs to fats?

I described the whole process. Tell me what's wrong with it or with anything in any of my posts in this topic. Just quote it.

P.S. Can you be civil enough and keep this one without insults? If you are right you don't need insults really.

Dont worry about it mate , its a case of interpretation and word games , some guys dont like people knowing some stuff , its alway technicalities that will be thrown quoting books , interpretation is a bad thing in forums , seems like 100 people can take the same post 100 different ways .

            No you can't.

Same reason you haven't done it in any of your posts. Same reason why you asked me to answer something first and you still haven't answered the one and only one question I asked. That's why you insulted me trying to avoid the simple question.

mind your bad manners, I only commented on this...

'those simple carbs get stored directly as fat' - WRONG!

'fat doesnt make you fat' - WRONG!

            Good luck to you too.

              I agree on this.

But this is forum after all. It's there to be discussed on. If you can't discuss or talk about the thing you wrote then I can't see the point. It's not about proving that you are right and other side is wrong, it's just for a discussion sake.

If you say someone is wrong and speaks nonsense then the least thing you can do is to provide what's there you think it's wrong...

Just a common sense and good manners.

Carbs to get stored as fat eventually. Carbs are converted into glycogen (which is the main source of energy for the body) but it also can be digested by the liver and converted into fat.

So unless you're an elite athlete that has the ability to store massive amounts of glycogen (300 grams or more) then you'll start converting glucose into fat after your body levels of glycogen are at 100%.

                • Carbs whether supposedly "simple" or "complex" dont make u fat or get stored as fat. Too many calories get stored as fat wether it comes fat protien or carbs.

Fat doesnt get stored as fat either fat is the macronutrient for keeping testerone in check. If ur a male and u cut fat below 50 grams a day say good by to ur morning wood.

Insulin has nothing to do with fat storage took parts of studies and tried to say it does by all these advocates of low carb dieting. Funny how they also forget that protien can ****e insulin tho. Nobody would listen to them cuz protien is proven to build muscle and cutting protien lead to muscle loss u guys probably no this lol

Carbs keep ur metabolism from downgrading. Ur metabolism will adapt ur ur calories consumed after a while thats why people stall at weigh loss. But happens way more rapidly when carbs are cut.

Only under very rare occasions it will be stored as fats (in case of lipogenesis). That doesn't normally happen. You would need to take very small amounts of fat and very high amounts of carbs for extended period of time.

Body is excellent at modulating the carbohydrate usage (it controls insulin levels very well). Body wants to use all the carbs that one takes. It's also more likely that carbs will be stored as muscle or liver glycogen than a fat in fat cells.

To have 300 gr of unspent gycogen you would need to take a huge amounts of carbs (700-800gr per day) and almost none fats.
