He doesn't have any medical problem but just because of his metabolism, he never gains a literal pound.
I'm more like your brother in that I can eat anything I want and gain literally nothing. It's not hard for me to stay in-shape, or to stay toned. It's pretty natural and easy. But trying to gain weight takes grueling effort. It's not even a full-time job, it's an overtime full-time job because of how much effort I have to put into it. It's very expensive, on time and money.

And at the end of the day, if I succeed, and make the mistake of eating "normally" like everyone else, I lose all my gains within days!

thank you. it's great to see people keeping an open mind on topics like this. nutritional science has increased so much in the past 5-10 years, in with the new and out with the old.

the worst thing a person can do is be inactive and have an sedentary lifestyle. everyone needs to be exercising at least 3-4 times a week and there is no excuse not too.

lol Floyd is a genetic freak. Sure, you can lose weight eatin' like ***** as long as you burn more calories than you consume. However, unlike Floyd, chances are you're not a genetic freak, and if you even exercise at a high intensity, your energy levels will be ***** with a ***** diet. Source: I'm a certified trainer.

if you lose weight, you're burning more calories than you eat. there is nothing more too it. you can eat ice cream, pizza, whatever you want, at the end of the day if you're burning more calories than you consume you will lose weight.

it's also a myth that pizza or icecream or anything of that sort is "unhealthy", it's simply 100% false.
You're not much of a scientist are you? I don't mean to try to sound condescending or anything but I want you to know where I'm coming from. As an MCB student at an elite university, I can tell you with 100% certainty that you are incorrect.

nah he's definitely not 100% incorrect. he's not 100% correct either, but its definitely not fully wrong. at the end of the day, for the most part, calories in vs. calories out supercedes everything. there are subtleties obviously, metabolisms, etc, but to say he is 100% incorrect, is incorrect...

Ice cream is bad for you. It's loaded with fructose and its easy to consume a lot. Pizza, is even worse. The bad thing about it, is that it's loaded with cheese and it will do your arteries in. One slice of pizza is just as bad as eating a loaded cheese burger. If you're gonna eat pizza, make it a veggie.

eat your calories from junk food vs eating them from natural foods and then see how hungry and miserable you are throughout the day.

i can make 500 calories be 2 meals and not be hungry for like 5 hours. you can make a 500 calorie meal 1 meal, and be hungry 1 hour later. theres more to losing weight than just food buddy. theres the pscyhological aspect of it, more so than the physical one of it i would say. go do some research. someone on here might be ****** enough to believe you. this is nsb after all. and good luck getting 25 grams of fiber eating whatever you want, WHILE staying under your caloric deficit. does what you say actually sound right in your head? it cant. you must be trolling. lol layne norton lolz
