if you lose weight, you're burning more calories than you eat. there is nothing more too it. you can eat ice cream, pizza, whatever you want, at the end of the day if you're burning more calories than you consume you will lose weight.

it's also a myth that pizza or icecream or anything of that sort is "unhealthy", it's simply 100% false.
It's not that simple, there are people because of chemical unbalances or thiroid issues that gain too much weight or never gain weight.

My brother is like that, he eats literally anything he wants, never works out and and never gains a pound.

He doesn't have any medical problem but just because of his metabolism, he never gains a literal pound.

I am not bashing you. I just tend to believe that weight loss is controlled by chemistry and hormones in the body in which we all differ.

But dropping weight is one thing, determining whether food is unhealthy or not is another topic.

Ice cream and pizza is unhealthy because the ingredients are either overkill or unnatural or both. Most ice cream is loaded, I mean loaded with processed sugar. Bad news. If you take a look at pizza, the cheeses commonly used is not good also. Look into what pasteurized milk really means for starters... It's sickening.

this is true only to a point. you are not taking into account peoples metabolisms, they way their thyroids process, and the thermic effect of food. "a calorie is a calorie" is only true to a point. you cannot preach this as a commandment, as it is very vague and should not be followed. you will lose far more efficiently on a 2000 calorie diet of wholesome natural foods, rather than a 2000 calorie diet of pizza and ice cream. complex carbs and simple carbs do not get processed the same way when your body runs your Krebs Cycle, so your post is only somewhat true. maybe for someone like floyd, it can be true, but not for all. theres always a flipside to the equation, always. Im sure I dont need to explain the difference in losing weight vs. the difference in losing muscle. if you want to lose fat and maintain muscle, a pizza and ice cream diet is not what you're after...

no that is wrong. there is nothing unhealthy about ice cream. you need to brush up on your knowledge of sugars.

there is also nothing wrong with "cheese". that statement is just false.

I didn't say you should be eating 2000 worth of calicoes of ice cream or pizza. I said that if you're DAILY NUTRITIONAL NEEDS and VITAMIN INTAKE are on point and you're REGULARLY EXERCISING and not being sedimentary, there is nothing wrong with eating pizza or ice cream every day. NONE.

than I'd say you're uneducated and ignorant.

I can guarantee you guys if you measured your food excatly that you would loose the exact same amount of fat from eating 1000 calories of str8 sugar as you would with 1000 calories of brocoli. there is no denying the brocoli has more fiber and vitamins but there would be do difference in BODY COMPOSITION that the whole point. but its just advice you could eat your healthy brocoli and brown rice but im gonna go eat this slice of pizza

you are correct in that sense. if you exercise regularly and keep your calories in check, you can certainly eat pizza and ice cream everyday. no doubt. it seemed like you were jus preaching a gospel for everyone. but yes in this sense you are 100% correct

wrong! there is this called an insulin spike, which governs what gets stored as fat and what doesnt. fat doesnt make you fat. carbs do. since certain carbs spike your blood sugar greater than others, and when that insulin ****e comes crashing down, those simple carbs get stored directly as fat, if there isnt enough expenditure throughout the day. this info is 100% incorrect. Double MM's info was correct, yours is just plain wrong
