    I gave Hopkins Rds1-4, Calzaghe 5-11 and I think Hopkins 12.

    114-113 Calzaghe

I do wonder how those who felt Hopkins won (or are pretending they did) would seen a rematch going in Wales a few months after?

Hopkins wouldn't take that fight, and he wouldn't win it, just as he didn't win the first fight.

JC's work-rate was too high, B-Hop was trying every trick in the book to try to slow the fight down and still lost.

Was a horrible fight to watch but Calzaghe beat him no doubt and it was a very good win. People who say Hopkins was shot get proven wrong every time Hopkins fights haha.

That was an awful fight that Hopkins arguably won.

Calzaghe best win is against an old past it Hopkins - that's the line of people who don't like him.

B-hop goes on to get some of the best wins of his career.

Great win for a true ATG in Calzaghe.

Calzaghe was very lucky to get the decision, I think HJoe probably edged it but I wouldn't argue with people who think hopkins won. IMO Hopkins threw the fight away with his negativity.

He was negative because he couldn't handle the pace of the fight.

                    This.

Calzaghe looked bad. But Hopkins was just making a mess and wasting time.

A better ref would've made it better fight but there was a homer in there in the form of the 1000-year-old Joe Cortez who let Hopkins cling on like a limpet.

This has to be the worst fight that gets discussed to this extent. I do think the negative fighter should always get the short end of the stick in a close fight though.

Calzaghe won't be remembered in four years.

Using this logic, it looks great for Jermain Taylor.
