Vitali Klitschko was a last minute replacement and retired Lennox. Not a good example of a "voluntary defense".



Golota was never any good. And why should 28-2 Golota be better than 28-0 Pianeta?

26 yro it's hardly prime, rather pre-prime. Except for his gift decision against Foreman, Shannon Briggs at bout had a worse record than Pianeta now.

Only Klitschko haters claim that a comparison is embarrassing. Wlad's record is pretty good, even when compared to Lennox Lewis, let alone compared to ancient greats like Ali.

i'm canadian for starters & my favorite boxers are golota, toney & botha. have you actually watched any of the guys you have listed above? you are comparing pianeta to them? it's pointless to even discuss it with you...i posted all those guys career fights on the video trading block...watch a few of them & maybe you will see what i mean...one other note...I THINK WLADIMIR IS A FIRST BALLOT HALL OF FAMER but i have followed his entire career & own everyone of his fights. just curious how old you are? i posted over 1300 fights so far & i'm hoping you have actually watched all these guys fights & don't just look at boxingrec like so many here...oh ya lennox could have cancelled the fight after kirk johnson tore his pec but instead he gave vitali the shot instead of postponing & if that is not a voluntary defence then you tell me what is? The videos you posted are of very poor quality. Nobody downloads them after they realize how bad they are.

Most of us downloaded and watched better quality videos of those fights from ********** and other websites YEARS AGO.

Remember, you told us because of your criminal record, you are not even allowed to enter the US to attend boxing events. And you told us you are a middle-aged pot-bellied man trying to get out of debt.

As opposed to you, everyone who watched the fight could see with his own eyes, that McCall was neither clean nor mentally stable ("Lennox vs Cold Turkey").

It was a gift avenging.

Just this fight alone (Wlad vs McCall II) would put Klitschko haters into "laughing coma" and they would claim for approximately the next 15 centuries how Wlad's era ****** as proven by Oliver McCall.

He had a pre fight and post fight drug test and passed both. So he was clean and McCall was always an emotional fighter, he knew he was going to lose and seeing his trainer in Lewis's corner got to him. I'll take a qualified psychiatrists word that spent time with him over someone that has no experience in the mental illness field and didn't spend 1 second with him.

Instead they would use terms like "*****e era", "toilet bowl of an era" and "analogue to whale vomit" had Wlad the same record like Lennox. Wlad would not "have avenged his loss against MCall" but "Wlad would have lost against a drug addict who did only come to get his pay check the second time around."

THAT's how modern fans would have seen it had boxrec and Youtube been around in Lennox' times.

Lennox LOST to a guy with a worse record than Pianeta's (let alone that Pianeta won against MCall, albeit an older version). too be honest his insults don't work...i've been in construction for almost 20 years. i got thick skin & been called every name in the book. he really has no idea. he's entitled to his opinion & if he chooses to be an internet warrior so be it. i am coming to his city in may & could be working there for a few months on a building for an old company i worked for. i'll have a drink with the guy if he will come out for one. he actually might find me quite interesting in person. i wouldn't even be an ******* & i wouldn't even threaten him. i would be civil & he would be the first person on this site i actually ever met.
