I am really starting to be glad that Lennox-Vitali finished the way it did. Statistically speaking I think that's the fight that is in top3-5 most discussed fights in the history of sport.

Everyone can choose his own conclusion from that fight as it ended in that 'open' way.

Well to most sane boxing fans this fight raised the stock of Vitali, because he stood up to Lennox, his BY FAR best opponent.

It's unfortunate that some people like to go full on ****** with comments like "Lennox owned him lol. Look at that face!!" or the 10000 word "Well, if it was a 6 rounds fight Vitali would have won" ******edness pasted above.

It certainly does not make Vitali an ATG. It just raise the level of respect people should have for his abilities.

It was a damn good fight between two damn good fighters. It's unfortunate it ended on cuts, but it did. Move the **** on.

There is no conclusion to chose because it only ended one way...TKO6. This is an undeniable fact.

I didn't say the ending but conclusion.

If the ending and the conclusion were the same thing noone would need to even watch the fights - it would be enough to go on boxrec...

Lennox-Vitali tells so much more than 'TKO6'...

I thought it was his best showing, like Ray Leonard loosing to Duran I also thought it was Ray boxing and fighting at his best! The only difference is that Ray and Duran are ATG and Vitali and Lennox aren't! Ray.

Vits fought a great fight and showed tremendous heart. Every fan would have liked a rematch but Lewis had already been planning on retirement. The only thing that irks me are these fools who think Lewis retired because of Vitaly. Lewis retired on his own terms after the one last super fight he had wanted. People should applaud when a champion retires on top after continually fighting the best fighters during his career.

Of couse its more than TKO6. That is just the final result. But you're saying it ended in an "open" way and that conclusions can be drawn from that. This simply isn't true. Like it or not, Lewis was the more durable fighter that night and that is why he won. Kudo's to Vitaly for a hard fought battle, but he lost and there are no ifs, and or buts about it.
