Show me some respected historians from outside the US that rate Vits as an all time great.....I'll wait for it. And its easy for you to ridicule the US because we don't recognize Vittles as great. But how do you explain why so many are complimentary of Wlad and will have him on their all time lists at the end of his career? You see this is where your BS cries of xenophobia fail and you have no explanation.

I think what you meant to say was "Vitaly is an all time great in places where people don't know boxing history".

The problem here, they wouldn't be respected in your mind regardless of who they might be.

Bert Sugar was a good example by Ulver by the way; the man had an immense dislike of the Klitschko's, and he was terribly biased when it came to the older generation fighters and was overly nostalgic.

Vit isn't an ATG, he doesn't have the resume
he's done enough to get past the Lewis thing though
his legacy will be being the tougher, yet lesser half of the Klit era
he's been just as dominant as Wlad, but vs lesser opponents
Vit is #2 in this HW era to Wlad's #1

More than one third of voters believe Vitali is an ATG.

Bert Sugar was biased and his lists were all over the place. Not many respected historians agreed with him on much. So show me some historians who rank Vits and some of their other work and we can discuss it. Me thinks you can't because there aren't any. Prove me wrong.

There you go, fixed it for you. And one third is still a terribly low number.

Bert Sugar was simply Bert Sugar. He didn't give a fuck about nobody when doing his lists. He even had Holmes (poor larry) at no.10 on the Top 10 Heavyweights when he was literally sitting in the studio trying to justify his place at the bottom.

There probably aren't any that you'd call 'respected'.

But that doesn't matter in this context. One third is pretty good considering I'd expected around one out of ten.

Wlad is an ATG, Vitaly nisses out because of his resume.

So in other words you can't find a single one with anything to back up his credentials, Right? And who are you to say what matters in this context or not? One third is a terrible ratio for a supposedly all time great no matter what context its in. Lol, you're getting taken to school in your own thread.....again!!
