tko'd by fat, out of shape lewis, ducked haye, refused to rematch byrd ... load of wins over medicore opponents and bums while holding a paper title (sven otke style) during his brother's reign. Did I leave anything out?
ATG ... hell no.
There's only one potential atg in this era and that's wlad.Last edited by Daddy T; 04-15-2013, 10:46 AM.Comment

Lewis was 37, not really that old for a HW.
Vitali is 40 and is still dominating. He hasn't lost a single round in his comeback.
Lewis said he was "at the peak of my powers" when he got his ass whooped by Vitali.
Lewis was coming off the KO win over Tyson. In the Lewis-Tyson post fight interview Lewis stated "I'm like fine wine, I get better with age"
In an interview right before the Vitali fight, Lewis said "I'm at the peak of my powers, I will keep fighting for many more years"
Vitali dominated Lewis and scared him into retirement.
Vitali is a better fighter than Lewis.
George Foreman: "Vitali was winning the fight. Lewis got lucky. There has to be a rematch!"
Jim Lampley: "A lucky escape for Lewis who was clearly losing the fight"
Even Emanuel Steward was upset and pissed off at Lewis for blatantly ducking a Vitali rematch.
Lewis is scared to death of Vitali.Comment

no 37 is old for a HW. Almost every HW champion in history had stopped defending the title or was about to at 37. You are completely wrong.
yes, Vitali is still fighting at 40..... but HW history goes back further than the 2000s - why haven't you noticed this?
And fighting less than nobodies doesn't count, which Vitali is doing now.Last edited by DreamFighter; 04-22-2013, 01:44 PM.Comment

Foreman was a 45 yrs old HW Champion. HWs can fight into their 50s as Holyfield proved.no 37 is old for a HW. Almost every HW champion in history had stopped defending the title or was about to at 37. You are completely wrong.

LOL. You're trolling, right?Vitali wasn't even in his prime yet.

Lewis is scared to death of Vitali.
Lewis' resume > Vitali's
Lewis' amateur career > Vitali's
Lewis' HW reputation > Vitali's
Lewis' face after the fight > Vitali's
Lewis > Vitali TKO6
But you're right, Vitali DID 'dominate' Lewis. I mean, look at his face during the fight. No damage what so ever.

Also, isn't Vitali a drug cheat?
