No, his resume is very weak, ESPECIALLY for someone of his talent level.

Blatent ducks left right and centre

There are atleast 10 people who have a better resume from 2003-present.

      Please list them.

Forrest (Sue me he was a h2h nightmare before the injuries)
        i'd put Floyd above Hopkins

Even on his best days, hopkins beatable, by certain people

Floyd at his absoloute peak, looked unbeatable

You cant have the best anything by not fighting so i echo everyones thoughts. Floyds resume is even behind Whitaker, DLH and SSM, guys he beat. JMM, Barrera and Morales have a case of being better as well as they are greater than DLH and SSM with the exception of Witaker. Not to mention JCC is greater than Floyd cos of a better resume.

Best at being overated is the only thing i can think of when it comes to Floyd.

            DeMarcus Corley

            Arturo Gatti

                Ok.

Now name atleast 10 who have better from that time span.

I'm not sure what universe. Is it the same universe you live in where Aaron Pryor has a better resume than Floyd Mayweather? I don't know.

I don't even know after that. Razor Ruddock? Bruce Seldon? Frank Bruno?

Ok I concede Floyd has a better over all resume but beating Arguello twice trumps any of floyds wins easily.

                      1. Michael Spinks
                      2. Razor Ruddock
                      3. Tony Tucker
                      4. Frank Bruno
                      5. Larry Holmes

Doesn't he mean is Floyds legacy in the top 5 for boxers who were active in the last 25 years as opposed to fights they have fought in the last 25 years?
