Genaro, Manfredy, Corrales, C. Hernandez, Chavez, Castillo, Gatti, Judah, Baldomir, De La Hoya, Hatton, Marquez, Mosley, Ortiz, and Cotto.
Floyd's resume is better than Oscar, Toney, Tyson, Barrera, Morales, Marquez, and possibly Hopkins. I mean really go through the wins and who they beat.
I'd say only Holyfield, Lewis, Whitaker, and barely Pacquiao have a better resume the past 25 years. He can surpass Pacquiao too, if he goes on to have 3-4 more solid/good wins and Manny doesn't do much from now on.
Chavez could definitely be in there somewhere but if we're going from 1988 a few of his good wins were before then so it's abit hard to rank him as opposed to the others.
If you'd rank most skilled, would it be different?
Not talking about technical ability necessarily, but rather how tough one would be in a h2h. Athleticism, power, stamina, IQ all = skills in this context.
