Manny is obviously better than SRR because:

Manny beat DLH who beat JCC who beat Camacho who beat Leonard who beat Benitez who beat Palomino who beat Stracey who beat Napoles who beat Griffith who beat who beat Tiger who beat Fullmer who beat SRR.

There you have it Manny through a series of highly scientific tests has proven that he has beaten SRR.

But on a serious note lets wait to find out the huge list of accomplishments of Holman Williams.
    Huh? You sound confused bro.

What answer do you want? Being an elite fighter, arguably the greatest of this era and being in the top 99.99999 percentile of boxers over the past 100 years isn't good enough for you.

What do you want us to say? He's #17? He would beat Sugar Ray Robinson? He would beat Batman?

    I mean damn.

Fact is the older guys fought hard but typically padded their resume with no names and while some guys might do that today it is far far from the same degree. Today it's padding if you have 20 no names on your resume back then fighters had 50, 60 maybe 70 journeymen on their resume some even the same guy 4-5 times.

You're obviously butthurt because only a very small number old timers have resumes better than Manny. Too bad for you but I'm off to do some RL work (yeh for me) I might be back later to shit on more weak old timer resumes.

Lol. It's called denial. It's the initial shock of learning that not everybody puts your favorite fighter on the same pedestal as you do.

great post. dan is your typical pretentious old school vanguard waxing poetic about fighters with no fight footage or fighters he has never seen yet is so sure of how great they are.

Linear in four. Get it right if you're going to be all impassioned.

You're talking about the flyweight belt that started with Canto?

Yes he was the best in his division but he never unified. So I guess you might call that loosely linear but I don't.

At 126 Manny beat MAB who beat Hamed who beat every major title holder.
At 130 Manny beat the 3 top fighters besides himself to create a lineage.
At 140 Manny beat Hatton who beat Tszyu the undisputed champion.

Those to me are clearer lineages but if you want to add a 4th go ahead it only adds to his great legacy.

I mean you'll hear religious level of praise about Manny from a few ptard stragglers that didnt get the memo yet but, you will never hear any logical explanation of why Manny is number 1.

Either top 20 or 30. His record and loses to nobody's in his early career affect his position.
