If that's the guy seen as a threat that's who you need to fight.
I wished you would say the same for May Jr yore mang. Jr runs from Threats.

Look Mang, Donaire is the new #1 P4P elite fighter on the earth today. Rigo is nothing right now. He is proven against tomato cans but why hasn't yore mang Arum put him in with a top fighter ????

    proceed mang

I can do one better. Rigo or Donaire vs Gary Russell, Salido, Mikey Garcia, Chris John, Caballero, JuanMa, Burgos, Luis Franco, Leo Santa Cruz, Agbeko, Koki Kameda, AJ Banal (if he wins his next fight), streaking Billy Dib. And these guys against each other would be great. Many different styles and matchups. Santa Cruz could jump a division and is spectacular. Gary Russell needs a step up but he is a serious threat with his blinding speed. Agbeko is a serious threat to anyone with his chin and work rate. Chris John needs another high-profile fight. Burgos is a threat to anyone. Franco was just robbed but is a solid fighter. Caballero needs a fight, period. Juanma will be able to fight again before long. And there are others. Donaire and Rigo aren't the last two fighters on the planet and I dont think a match with them is as potentially thrilling as some of the others I mentioned.

This Nonito, does not want to take any risks. Only motivated for easy fights. The guy is scared out of the division onto a less talented division. Sad. He's saying there's too many threats at 122, I'm going to go to a safer division.

I feel that a certain amount of Crow should be eaten for that bold ass prediction - the evidence was right there - Dude talking about retiring, long ass layoff, really the only reason he was #1 guy @ 122 was all the other guys moved up, biggest win before faded Marquez was Gonzalez years ago - all that in your face and you had to take the road of "Yup that Nishi sure is a beast!" LOL

It's cool though... I will still call you the soothsayer for your Rios pick. Dude looked like a very sick man before his scrap.
Thanks, and good call on the aged Nishioka that showed up. What can I say? I really thought he'd make a fight out of it with the speed he once had (remnants of it could still be seen, but in short-lived spurts to be fair), and the lingering image I had was the Nishi that got Jhonny out of there back in 2009. I accept my crow, and you owe Rios a heartfelt apology.

I may just change my screen name to Mr. Soothsayer now.

In the future, let's look for eachother for a sizeable points bet. I've enjoyed this.

              LOL

First mang , I don't have an idol

2nd mang, Donaire has the best trainer for him.

3rd mang you would think Rigo would fight a top elite instead of tomato cans

4th mang I would love to see Donaire slaughter Rigo

5th Mang you gotta be patient,,,Donaire will fight all the threats and KO all that will fight back.

                  Driven by a challenge...
"It depends. I want to fight everyone I can in this division. There's a lot of good fighters that I can fight, but for now we want to rest and heal this hand. But, if given the opportunity that the fight doesn't happen, I'm going up to 126 and find a challenge to me. A challenge is what drives me."
Rigo nuthuggers need to step up their reading comprehension.

Donaire vs. Mares/Moreno winner would be a great fight, but that's unlikely to happen with the TR/GBP feud.

Rigo doesn't have the leverage to dictate any terms to Donaire. If Donaire says "Bend over bytch", Rigo will have to say "Yes Master" if he wants that fight. So if Rigo trys to act like top dog or price himself out, I don't see that fight getting made.

If those fights can't get made, that leaves the only challenge being moving up to 126.
