You are the one who believed Nishioka would be a worth challenge.
And you are trying to argue that you know more about boxing? HAHAHAHHA

Regarding the bold, I definitely said that, yes. And if you'll read any of my posts after the fight, I have been saying I think he should think about hanging his gloves up after this weekend's performance. I did not feel that way after the Marquez fight. He won that fight. Also, I thought he may really be able to get up for the Donaire fight and make it competitive, but he didn't, but I can't read the future and never said I could. I just make predicitions like any other true, warm-blooded fan.
Last, I never said it was THE fight to make in all the sport. That I never said, although I stand by thinking it was the best matchup that could be made for Donaire at 122. I 100% stand by that. Nishioka was not nearly as competitive as I thought he would be, but that's the way it goes sometimes in boxing.
The only fight prediction I actually made and put points on was Rios against Alvarado, and Bam Bam got the KO like I predicted he would. That said, I guess its OK for you to call me Mr. Soothsayer.
Exactly.
I just remember you trying to re-assure everyone on Friday that Nisioka was going to come to fight and it would be a 50/50 fight.
I feel that a certain amount of Crow should be eaten for that bold ass prediction - the evidence was right there - Dude talking about retiring, long ass layoff, really the only reason he was #1 guy @ 122 was all the other guys moved up, biggest win before faded Marquez was Gonzalez years ago - all that in your face and you had to take the road of "Yup that Nishi sure is a beast!" LOL
It's cool though... I will still call you the soothsayer for your Rios pick. Dude looked like a very sick man before his scrap.

He should fight the Mares/Moreno winner and than Rigondeaux.
Rigo needs to fight a big name , make a name for himself.
the only reason Rigo wants this big fight is he is getting OLD he is in a hurry.
Don't blame him but I don't blame Donaire period, it takes 3 to 4 months out of your life and there are only so many.
Donaire wants the TOP GUYS, he proved that and he will destroy them all

Rigo not letting his hands go? Why do they call him The Jackal then - for biting dudes? That's some BS right there.....
Duck, duck, duck, GOOSE!
Yes, this is a fight that can & should be made. But Slob Arum won't make it happen....
GTFOH with that, seriously. So an unification fight is just to stay relevant? Well, then he needs to fight Rigo then - he has a belt.....
Yeah, so then why doesn't Donaire make the fight if Rigo isn't that great then and will knock him out, no doubt?
11 fights and a champion. Since you brought up the "defensive mode", hasn't that been the case with Donaire's fights recently? What happened to cleaning out the division? And if he moves to 126, he will catch it, trust me, so what are you really trying to say?
Pac is second
Sergio is third

Rigo doesn't have the credentials except against tomato cans
Arce is a great fighter and will look good on Donaires resume
The competition needs to step it up , get it together and make the best from their fights come to the top and face their demise.
The #1 P4P Donaire will slaughter all put in front of him !!!!

This is boxing, people get hurt, dropped and/or KO'ed all the time or did you just start watching the sport? Gamboa and Tito used to get dropped all the time. Wladimir Klitschko and Hearns have glass chins. Rigo might have a china chin but right now I blame his lack of punch resistance on being an amateur too long (where he was never stopped or dropped). Bute for example, was dropped and stopped in the amateurs as well as the pros. Same with Sillakh.
You on yer heels mang, can't get it said , aye mang ?
The #1 P4P Donaire will take care of all that is a challenge in the 122's and proceed to take care of the 126's
IF Donaire was at the same weight as May Jr and his people could drag him out of his hole in hiding then Donaire would Knock him OUT mang !
No body is gonna beat Donaire for a long long time.
