I'd love to see Rigo-Donaire. I'd just like it to be a fight or two down the road so Guille can fully prepare.

He got his chin checked by Marroquin who is much bigger than Donaire, and has a higher KO percentage.

Rigo is 32 now. He is not going to be getting better, he will only be getting worse from here on out. Any delays in making the fight are only attempts to wait for Rigo to start to fade.

I like rigo alot but i still say he has to prove himself a little more. THe Ramos fight was a good start in the right direction but i still hold him at number #4. If he were to beat the Mares-Moreno winner i wouldnt hesitate to bump him up to number 1

Donaire needs to prove himself. Hes been on the bum of the month tour for years now.

why would they be above rigo right now?

rigo has beaten 2 top 10 fighters(#2 #6), doesn't sound that good until...

vasquez beat 0 top 10 fighters
                matheluba beat 1 top 10(#5)
even the greatest of all time nishioka only beat 2 top 10 fighters(#8, #10)
Who has Rigondeaux beaten who was #2 at 122?

Corodoba wasn't and neither was Ramos and they're the only two Top 10 fighters he's fought at 122.

                  I stand corrected.

Just checked and Rico Ramos was #2.

Wow, Rico Ramos at #2? That's surprising.

Ramos is a solid fighter but now we know how good he really is it slipped my mind he was ever ranked that highly.

Of course. But you know very well that he isn't going to fight them because they are with Golden Boy. Bob Arum won't make those fights for him.

Rigo shouldn't have resigned with Top Rank. Arum won't even give him Donaire despite the fact that he promotes both of them.

Rigonho's sitting in the back of the bus. Donaire's firmly in the driver's seat.
