Ok, Mares beat Morel to win his belt and Moreno hasn't fought at 122 just yet, Rigondeaux won his belt fron the linear Champ and defend the belt against Teo/Marroquin
donaire won one belt against Vazquez jr. and the other from Mathebula, and now he beat up a 36 year old fighter that was comtemplating retirement before he got his last SS check and was on the shelf for almost two year:
    1-ND
    2-GR
    3-AMares
    4-AM
I think if we are going by numbers it should be like this, if we going by ducking it should be different.

Wow, Rico Ramos at #2? That's surprising.

Ramos is a solid fighter but now we know how good he really is it slipped my mind he was ever ranked that highly.
It was all for the Shimoda win, I doubt Rico was even top 10 before. Shimoda was also not top 10 when he beat Lee, who was also not top 10 when he upset Poonsawat. That's 3 champs in a row with 0 title defenses.

What I meant is that it wasn't a vacant belt, he was the Champ from that Org, and took the belt from the Japanese Champ... I wasn't talking about the Ring Belt

top 3 to 4. Amateur resume doesnt automatically translate to a professional one.

And Vazquez won the belt from who? Mathebula won his from Oscar Chauke and had one defense against Takalani Ndlovu, I guess that make him a worthy opponent for Nonito
PS. These are Vazquez opponents before an old a$$ Arce,
                Marvin Sonsona
                Zsolt Bedak
                Ivan Hernandez

we are not talking career wise, at 122 neither one of them have prove anything, so how do you go about it, resume in other division, because you like the guy or dislike him, talent?

Vazquez is in the same ballpark as Ramos "accomplishment" wise, but he's better, more marketable, more fighter than Rico. Mathebula is not more marketable, but he's more proven than any Rigo opponent since Cordoba.
