thats what im tellin you, i didnt even do them regularly, my normal back routine was pullups, (wide/close) lat pull downs, low pully rows, maybe some kneeling rows and back extensions., I just joined in with some of the older guys doing it one day and realised i was a natural, a BEAST, a SUPREME being so ye after that day i started doing them, but i was probably a gym goer for about 1 year first time i did it.

Idk if u dont believe me man. the first time i did them i pulled some big weight, that all i know, im not about to do some 50 page thing with you. ENOUGH OF THIS, U ARE INFERIOR TO ME, BE GONE WEAKLING

Amir Khan though, a guy who has just really started adding power lifts since working with his new trainer, I'm not believing that he's deadlifting 405. Just no.

oh em gee. is this a logical answer?!?! oh my word, I cannot believe that someone else actually has knowledge in here and knows this is complete bullshlt!

khan was benching around 90 kg around the time he fought willie limmond, so he has definately hit the weights before.

He had chicken legs until Ariza came in though, he was doing no leg work whatsoever. The two ultimate compound movements are squats and deadlifts, two movements that are mainly leg based.

Khan has always looked top heavy to me, even now, but he's certainly got a bit more balance these days. Still, Ariza wasn't one for heavy weight training so deadlifts would appear to be completely new to Khan in these last few weeks. You don't go from nothing to 405 in weeks, or even months.
