Nobody is naturally strong enough to start deadlifting and hit 405 a few weeks later thoughIt takes many months-to-years to build up that strength.

I am not trolling I am trying to understand why didn't Tommy Hearns just do some hammer curls if he wanted some power. He could have been as big a puncher as Timothy Bradley! He could have had so many Knockouts if he just had bigger arms. I don't understand why Emanuel Steward never bought little Tommy a set of dumbbells....Comment

What?!?!.LOL...I was wrong, u Supersuck at trolling! Aye man do what you do, just accept the fact that you have no answer! You troll cuz its the easy way out! No one has a response for Ortiz...a guy who was cotton fisted in the ams, then started lifting crazy, and doing toughman competitions as he entered the pros, and became a devestating puncher...thats why he had problems making weight, cuz he was gaining muscle weight, and when he went up to ww, man Berto was going down like a ton of bricks in that first round...Ortiz was barely tapping him, I...if I was boxing, as soon as I left the ams, I would dedicate a yr to lifting....at the end of the yr, whatever I weighed in at, thats the class I would fight at, and be KO'ing everyone...I would dedicate two yrs, if I was patient enough!Comment

I don't have an answer for that but it has nothing to do with the size of biceps you ****** twat. Plus his arms are still small, its his back that has gotten bigger.......WAIT A SECOND the Lats are connected to the shoulders which are connected to the biceps which are connected to the forearms which are connected to the fists!!!!! The key to punching hard is to do pullups!!!!!! Holy**** we've just discovered something Murkaman..If you want to punch harder don't bother practicing your timing, technique, hip/shoulder sync, Nahhh **** all that, do some pull ups!!!!!!

No do hammercurls...regular curls will make u big, strong, slow KO Artist...if u read my prior comments, I said some people have natural power...pleanty of skinny guys have raw power....but guys who have NO power, can get it by lifting weights...U can get power over night damn near...most boxers dont even lift weights, how do u explain them being punchers?...Cuz some of those guys have natural power, this is common sense...Just like the fact that lifting weights, will increase your power, regarding anything u do with ur arms...u fail at trolling!Comment
