Look I deadlift everyday and I have become more powerful each day. The arm movement becomes lighter so we'll see. I am 125 and I am knocking heavyweights at my gym ever since I do this. But not for every person is the same we have to see.

why would anyone entertain a convo with someone that says they deadlift everyday? olympic lifters dont even deadlift everyday. I've heard of 5 times a week, but mostly 3-4, so obviously he doesnt even know what a deadlift is, he also says hes knockin out heavyweights at the gym. come on man...

Bodybuilding and training fellow bodybuilders is what I do for a living. Now, there are absolutely people who weight 150lbs and can deadlift 300+. Those people though are using straps and/or chalk, have worked up to those numbers over years and again, lifting is what they do.

Amir Khan, a guy who has just really started adding power lifts to his training since working with his new trainer, I'm not believing that he's deadlifting 405. Just no.
