    Depends on the individual really.

    If a guy get;s his body fat % down to say 7% or less, he's going to be almost cut to the bone. The more weight you cut when you're already at a low BF%, you're going to start losing muscle mass...be it from your chest, legs, back or whatever is dependant on the person.

        Maybe he is trying to get into the head of his opponent, he certainly has gotten all his fans hard.. Khan looks like he just ran up to snag a pic and that's all, why wouldn't he make a video?

          No do hammercurls...regular curls will make u big, strong, slow KO Artist...if u read my prior comments, I said some people have natural power...pleanty of skinny guys have raw power....but guys who have NO power, can get it by lifting weights...U can get power over night damn near...most boxers dont even lift weights, how do u explain them being punchers?...Cuz some of those guys have natural power, this is common sense...Just like the fact that lifting weights, will increase your power, regarding anything u do with ur arms...u fail at trolling!

            agreed it depends on the person,everyone is different, which was kind of the point i was gettin at with that philly guy, some people have better genetics and when it somes to lifting are just naturally stronger.

                  lol, if he wanted to do that they would release picture of him knocking out sparring or beasting on the pads, my point was people generally lie about there lifts as an ego thing, but i doubt a millioniaire would give a ****, but your too dumb to get that.

                      I am not trolling I am trying to understand why didn't Tommy Hearns just do some hammer curls if he wanted some power. He could have been as big a puncher as Timothy Bradley! He could have had so many Knockouts if he just had bigger arms. I don't understand why Emanuel Steward never bought little Tommy a set of dumbbells....
