Depends on the individual really.
If a guy get;s his body fat % down to say 7% or less, he's going to be almost cut to the bone. The more weight you cut when you're already at a low BF%, you're going to start losing muscle mass...be it from your chest, legs, back or whatever is dependant on the person.
