you know you're stuck in the old school way of thought if you think lifting weights has no place in boxing
Well, not when you do it like Kirkland. Whatever Kirkland is doing is killing him lol.

What I posted is not the be all end all cause everybody is different.

I like a more relaxed loose fighter than a thight fighter cause they are building to much muscle. Muscle use a lot of oxygen

true, but you can build muscle with numerous methods. high weight low reps and low weight high reps can both build muscle, depending on the person

Nah its allot...I curl that on each arm, u need to watch who u swing those punches on, cuz u wont knock them to the ground...when u hit them, their head will stand still, and ur fist will keep going, ultimately breaking their teeth, crushing their jaw, cutting their lip on their teeth, cracking their jawline....65lbs is allot...imagine dropping that curlbar on someone's face....not the same as punching them, while having the power to lift it of course, but that is allot, u buff buff man!

Sorry but you swing from the hips, try it yourself and you will see.
Ur hips is not attached to ur fist is it?..LOL..No, ur bicep is...that same muscle that catapults the power into an opponent's face, cracking their skull, and potentially killing them, if u hit them in the wrong place.Try hammer curling...curling will make u big, slow, strong, knockout puncher...hammercurling will turn ur arm into a fast as power-spring....all I do is hammers, no regular curling!
