Accept the fact that ur wrong bro..This is why I hate scientist and doctors....they think in COMPLEX Ways to find out dumb stuff...U have to think in a very complex way to develope a theory that ur legs is where ur power come from...another guy says it comes from ur hips...another guy says it comes from ur abs...which I believe ALL is SOMEWHAT true....but the way I see it, ur hips, legs, abs, is not even connected to ur fist at ALL....I think in SIMPLISTIC ways,, ur bicep is the main tool that allows u to do ANYTHING with ur arm.fist...its common sense...when I bust someone in the jaw, I can just feel the power in my hip..LMAO....No, I think about this buldging bicep, driving the punch, cracking their teeth...how is it that in high school I was scrawny weighing 120, and had no power...started lifting weights, and all of a sudden I have to flee the scene after every fight I had, cuz the guy was on the ground having a siezure, with blood leaking out of his skull...what Im saying is common sense...ur bicept controls ur grip, fist, arm....u build power in it, and u will hit harder, simple...what ur saying is something that makes no sense at all....ur legs give u most of the power...YEA, If Im punching u with my feet and stumping a mudhole in thatazz..LOL...Get it together bernard...I used to hate u, but u impressed me with dawson, I thought he was stop u, but I respect u now, and want to see u go on to do other things!
Compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, clean and press, etc. are perfect for boxing because they strengthen all the muscles involved in a punching movement. Assuming Khan is doing a weight that he can rep, keep good form, and explode through every rep a dead lift is one of the best lifting exercises a boxer can do.Comment

I said Tommy has no biceps, which he didn't doesn't and never will. He has no bulges, like you said he does. He wasn't a born puncher because he had 11 KOs in 155 wins as a amateur. Manny got him, taught him how to throw a punch, how to twist his hips/shoulders use the torque, taught him technique and timing, DIDNT GIVE HIM A DUMBELL FOR HAMMOR CURLZ!! and he became one the hardest punchers of all time.
Now on the flip you have Mike Jones, who probably does HAMMOR CURLZ all the time. He probably takes his Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein everyday, takes his multi-vitamins, his creatine, look like a natural bodybuilder, He gets swoll, gets cut up, gets his peaks up, YET he can't punch for ****.
