Yea if u get big and slow, which is OBVIOUSLY...We are talking about getting stronger...You dont know much about boxing, but its pretty obvious that increasing your bicep power, will increase your ability to do ANYTHING regarding your fist, arms..This is simple stuff...simple math!..Learn about this boxing game!Comment

Weight lifting can increase power, but isolation arm work wont do much on it's own.
You don't have to lift for mass, you can lift for strength and muscle endurance purposes.Comment
