            No man you see the key is HAMMER curls, if you do HAMMER curls you get HAMMER fists, and I don't know if you have ever been hit with a hammer, but I bet it hurts.

              If he was cotton fisted in the ams, its irrelevent to what Im talking about..Im talking about Ortiz lifting weights, and getting stronger, and being a big puncher...what you have just said, just means its more ways to get stronger!                 Weight lifting can increase power, but isolation arm work wont do much on it's own.

                You don't have to lift for mass, you can lift for strength and muscle endurance purposes.

                  But you said he was a natural born puncher, but he clearly isn't if he was cotton fisted in the ams is he ?, and he clearly wasn't lifting weights which according to you is the only way too increase punching power, it couldn't have been technique you think ?.
