He broke Tyson's face

He was favoured against most the fighters you have mentioned. I know the Americans didn't rate Lewis for a long time. But at the time most people in the know new Lewis was No.1, why else did Bowe and Tyson give up their belts rather that fight him.
Only a few misguided fools were saying Tyson would beat Lewis.

This is not about Pacquiao being the best, or his resume, it is about him being discounted from fights, for them being mismatches then him shattering those beliefs in devastating fashion.
I don't know another fighter like that in the history of boxing to continue to that time and time again.
People always underestimate Pacquiao that is why he always does poorly in fantasy fights, but reality fights he destroys them has he has proven time and time again.
Roll back a year or two before those fights and the majority of people were picking the other guy.
FACT.

Ledwaba was a surprising fight, so was the 1st Barrera fight
Oscar was a huge shocker

people knew Pac was gonna beat Tony for sure
Cotto? surprising how easily he beat him, but it wasn't an upset

there will always be posters who make themselves look like clowns in every boxing forum. you'll hear things like he's amateurish, he's one-dimensional, he fought inferior opponents, floyd da best would take him to school and all that crap. and when fight night comes these same morons expect him to win by a landslide.
they even want him take the most stringent testing ever administered to an amateurish boxer. man, these are no longer fans. these are idiots.
that's why i never take anyone's opinion seriously in boxing. they're just as good or bad as a balut vendor's in the streets of manilla. ted atlas makes me laugh sometimes. not all the time, though.

Sasakul as well.
And Cotto and Marg and even Hatton, most people were picking them when the fights were first mentioned.
Not just picking them, calling them mismatches and saying Pacquiao gets destroyed.
Look at every thread when the those fights were first mentioned and you will seen the vast majority were betting against Pacquiao saying he gets slaughtered.
