Why do you have to term it "bow down"? WHy so negatively extreme? I'm not asking manny to bow down, I'm asking him to do the same as floyd did with ODH, take a ****ty deal and take advantage of the platform.

Pacquiao's status now is much, much bigger than when Floyd fought Oscar. All Floyd had going into that fight was being #1 P4P. He was not a big PPV seller. You have to remember that Pac is also bringing millions of PPV buys that no other opponent can. The problem is that Floyd wants all the PPV money when 50/50 or 55/45 is fair.

Instead of fighting Paul Williams, he fought Ricky Hatton, the #8 P4P fighter in the world, who people said he was avoiding, no problem there. Tons of people at 147 didn't fight Paul Williams, oh well. It's not like Floyd took an easy fight with Top 10 P4P Hatton to avoid Paul Williams. Margarito in 07-08 wouldn't have mattered for Floyd, it would have in 05-06 when I think he should have fought him. The only names that people say Floyd "avoided" where I really think he found a way around it was Margarito in 2005-2006. He should have taken that fight. Maybe he knew Oscar was there to fight in 2007 and didn't want to risk it, I don't know, we'd have to ask Floyd.

I am not going to get into what yall are discussing but explain this to me and its open for anyone to explain.

PBF offered Hatton a fight at 140. Hatton and his team turned it down saying they weren't ready for PBF yet. PBF moves to 147 has a few fights and now Hatton is ready for PBF. Why should PBF go back down to 140 for that fight when he offered at 140 already and they said no?
